    Hey rose is yours not sending notifications to your phone. All my alarms/movement are turned on and it takes pictures but I’m not getting any notifications

    Same thing has been going on with my Geeni Smart Doorbell for past week. Have checked iPhone apps and device settings repeatedly. THEY ARE ALL CORRECT. Still no notifications being sent. Camera captures event and is working fine. BUT NO NOTIFICATIONS AT ALL ! WTH GEENI????

    same thing is happening to me as of a couple days ago. no notifications on phone. but its capturing movement and screenshots

    Same as everyone else...settings are correct, motion is captured, but notifications are not sent.

    I’ve tried everything. I set up another account with a new email and still nothing. I’ve called and requested to be called by Geeni and bo response. I don’t understand why the company wouldn’t respond. I rely on my cameras for protection.

    I did speak with someone at customer support last week..she told me that they are having a problem with the app and that the developer is aware of it but that this issue will not be cleared up for months...it sounded as if they did away with the feature bc how could it take months to clear up an issue?

    👍 😂 precisely..that’s why I stated that I got the feeling that they have done away with the feature..perhaps we all need to keep calling them....they usually are available later in the day

    Recently linked my cameras to my google home speakers and thought I had screwed something up. I’ve now checked all setting multiple times and everything is set correctly. STILL NO NOTIFICATIONS!

    I’m returning both of my geeni cameras...for same price I can get another brand that does what a security camera is supposed to do..this is bullshit.

    WYZE only works with Alexa. It’s not a 25.00 camera.  You must have Alexa or buy it which is not cheap.

    i spoke with someone from Geeni again yesterday. It might be months before the issue is corrected. Personally I have my doubts if it ever will be corrected but one never knows.

    I am having this same issue. I do not understand why it is happening all of a sudden. It was working perfectly earlier this week..

    I have it bad now I have 3 geenis and ordered 2 more before I realized the problem.. and to think I was just shopping around considering switching systems.... I hope this is fixed quickly or refunded

    Cancel....after I spoke with 2 reps who admitted the problem was their app I had an idiot rep email me today insisting it was my fault and that I didn’t troubleshoot the problem...if he were in front of me I would have clocked the arrogant asshole....get a refund if you can...I’m returning my cameras to the store...I will get a refund bc they are both relatively new..screw geeni!

    After updating the app the previously updated camera firmware started to work properly again!
