Its a pathetic answer. The problem is it will not connect to wifi. Your answer? Connect it to wifi. That's idiotic.

The problem is the device has to be constantly reconnected to the Wi-Fi because it can't detect a Wi-Fi signal that everything else on the planet can detect. This company needs to get its shit together and stop hiring ignorant foreigners to do its work for it.

You may have a saturation issue... basically: too much stuff connected to your WiFi. If you’ve reset everything, consider looking for a router replacement that is better able to handle your needs. If you’re still having issues, a call to your internet services provider may not be a bad idea, they can help you test download and upload speeds, latency, and any packet loss (which would further indicate “too much stuff.”)

Try restarting your WiFi first.  That should take care of it most of the time.

I removed all other devices from my network, and 3 of 4 of these brand new bulbs still show as offline after having them for only a few days. None of them will reset following the 3-step on-off procedure, Wifi has been restarted, and once a bulb is removed from my “home” in the app, it cannot now be added back because the reset process isn’t working. And not a single response from support with posts and phone calls. What a waste of money.

What rubbish.  Battery went from 100% to 90% just taking it out to install.  After a couple of test rings, the battery life went to 60%. After that it went offline.  Would have liked to troubleshoot some more but the device won’t reset. Going back for a refund and will never touch this brand again

I see this was a problem 2 years ago, and is exactly what we are experiencing today February 9, 2020. If the same exact problem hasn't been fixed in two years, then how can any customer feel confident in the product? We've just wasted over an hour of our time trying to get it to work again, which deems it junk. It's going back to Walmart.

11 Feb 2020: I agree with the thought of taking them back. If geeni sees how many people are dissatisfied with their product maybe the fix the issue. I'm having the "works fine for a day or two then ALEXA cannot connect. Sometimes it'll jump back online if I play with the app...." thing too. It just acts like a low
quality product. I'm taking mine back also.

CLEARLY this is a design flaw, topped off by a slap in the face to your customers intelligence. Please fix this bug and push the update or else refund money for all of the defective product!!

I'm glad that I only bought 1 if these to try it before replacing 14 switches. Worked great for a few weeks, then went offline and won't come back. Moving on to a different brand now

I bought a fifth camera for the kitchen and I can't get it to connect and instead of a red blinking light, I have a blue blinking light. What can I do to fix it?
