My device is constantly showing offline. How to fix this?

    Its a pathetic answer. The problem is it will not connect to wifi. Your answer? Connect it to wifi. That's idiotic.

    The problem is the device has to be constantly reconnected to the Wi-Fi because it can't detect a Wi-Fi signal that everything else on the planet can detect. This company needs to get its shit together and stop hiring ignorant foreigners to do its work for it.

    I have the same issue the doorbell is like 3meter from the router you can’t have a better signal and it cannot connect anymore

    I did remove restart reset it worked for 5minute and back again to can’t connect

    You may have a saturation issue... basically: too much stuff connected to your WiFi. If you’ve reset everything, consider looking for a router replacement that is better able to handle your needs. If you’re still having issues, a call to your internet services provider may not be a bad idea, they can help you test download and upload speeds, latency, and any packet loss (which would further indicate “too much stuff.”)

    Try restarting your WiFi first.  That should take care of it most of the time.
