After the new update my Geeni app is not responding what should I do?

    Frustrating!

    Not sure what happened, but the Geeni app was not working with my lights all of a sudden.

    App was not responsive and Google Home could not connect to the Geeni.

    I had to delete the app from the Playstore and re-install.

    Now the app is working, but had to register again.

    None of my existing smart products are recognized and require to be set up again.

    Due to the location of some of the smart bulbs, it makes it difficult to do.

    Not happy with this situation!

    I am having similar issues with my cameras.  I wish I could delete them from the app and start over but the app does not have the option.

    Still not working. This company is incapable. I have not trouble with Kasa TP link. I'll go back to them.

    worked perfect for a month.  i was very pleased so i bought more devices.  now the app stops.  i cannot see any of my cams.  bad investment and really aggravated.  i feel i have been robbed.

    Worked perfect for a month on cell phone and tablet.  Then - “Unfortunately, Geeni has stopped.” error message is all I get. I have removed and reinstalled 3 times. What else can I do? How can I help?  I have full security coverage of my home and I still get motion detected alerts but Geeni crashes when I try to view.  Are you working on this or am I just screwed??

    when I go to the notification center  and try to delete them I select all and it doesn't delete them I have some old ones on their and it will not delete them  will they be deleted as time goes on and why can't I delete  them by selecting all

    The app isn't working. How long before you fix it? I need to look at footage from yesterday and I can't!

    For anybody having issues after the 10/4/2019 firmware update... Uninstall the Geeni app (version 1.6.4) and install the previous version (1.6.3). I found it here ...
