My Geeni bulb is acting like a regular bulb and in the Geeni app it says it is offline. How to reconnect it?

    This is bogus!!!! These bulbs are shit and I want my money back!!!! I have spent over $100 on these bulbs for my house and none of them are working anymore!!! I have tried EVERYTHING your shit website says to do.

    I've spent way too much time trying to make this bulb work, but it was DOA. All my other smart products including some Geeni plugs are working fine, but not this one.
